UFC 247 Weigh in results

The 24 fighters hit the scale on Friday morning.

UFC 247 is all set and ready to go after every fighter successfully hit their respective weight marks on Friday. In the main event of the evening, Jon Jones will look to defend his 205lb title for the third time since reclaiming the belt back in December 2018. Across the cage, undefeated starlet Dominick Reyes who has a record of 12-0 and is coming off a KO win over former middleweight champion Chris Weidman last year. Jones tipped the scales at 204lbs while Reyes finally weighed in at the 205lbs limit with minutes to spare.

In the co-main event, Valentina Shevchenko will also be aiming to defend her belt for the third time against number one contender Katlyn Chookagian, who has rightfully earned her shot after back to wins over Joanne Calderwood and Jennifer Maia. Shevchenko, who recently took her spot at number 2 in the women’s pound for pound rankings behind former foe Amanda Nunes, is coming off two title defences over Jessica Eye and most recently Liz Carmouche in Uruguay last year. Both the ”Bullet” and ”Blonde Fighter” weighed in at 124.5lbs ahead of tomorrow nights bout.
