With UFC London right around the corner, perhaps no one is preparing as majestically than Gunnar Nelson. With a mixture of pelvic thrusts and hip swings to Eric Prydz’s “Call On Me” Gunni is ready for this weekends bout. 

Gunni’s Team Mjölnir regularly implements yoga exercises such as Slökun (Yoga Relaxation) and Styrkur (Yoga Strength) into their workouts. Helping with proper stretching and breathing control, at the same time ones focus and patience.
