Yancy Medeiros Jr. (born September 7, 1987) is an American mixed martial artist of Filipino and Hawaiian descent, currently competing in the Welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. A professional competitor since 2007, he has also competed for Strikeforce. He is currently ranked as the #15 welterweight in the official UFC rankings.
