Tito Ortiz signs with Combate Americas

The California native has signed a deal

MMA veteran Tito Ortiz has signed a fight deal with Combate Americas. Almost 5 months after his victory over rival Chuck Liddell, “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” is ready to put the gloves back on. Ortiz posted a video of the deal on his social media, signing the contract during Friday night’s Combate Americas 35 in Los Angeles, Calif. Amy Kaplan was first to report the news.

Combate Americas president Campbell McLaren said “It’s an honor” to Ortiz as the papers were signed cageside. Ortiz’ first opponent and date is yet to be decided but is aiming to make his debut in October in either Mexico or USA. Ortiz currently holds a 20-12 professional MMA record.
