ESPN + UFC

It was November of 2011 when the days of MMA being a fringe sport came to an end, the UFC made its debut on the major television network that is Fox and by all accounts the partnership proved to be very beneficial for the promotion. Case and Point: inside those 7 years the UFC sold for a cool 4 billion, and just a few short years after that the promotion is set to make its debut on the World Wide Leader of Sports.

No matter what the results of the contests are, this weekends UFC Fight Night will go down as one of the most historical events in MMA History. The beginning of the broadcast this Saturday night signals MMA entering a new stratosphere in the world of sports.
