UFC 249 Weigh in results
UFC 249 is all set and ready to go despite one fighter missing weight in Florida.
In the main event of the evening, Tony Ferguson will face off against Justin Gaethje for the interim lightweight title with the winner getting to face undisputed champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. Both men tipped the scales at 155-pounds ahead of Saturday nights fight.
In the co-main event, the consensus greatest bantamweight of all time Dominick Cruz returns after nearly four years out to face ‘Triple C’ Henry Cejudo. The pair both weighed in at 135-pounds ahead of the title bout.
Jeremy Stephens missed weight, however, after he tipped the scales at 150.5-pounds. A percentage of his purse (30%) will go to opponent Calvin Kattar and the fight will proceed as scheduled.
